Busboys & Poets Is a Must-Try New Eatery in Columbia

New to Columbia, Busboys & Poets offers a vibrant atmosphere with excellent cuisine to match. As soon as you step through the doors, you’ll enter a large, airy building with two floors (both have bars) along with an outdoor patio and balcony. As you dine in, take in the modern, elegant decor of bright lights, artsy paintings hanging on the walls, and a roomy setup of tables and chairs inside. The outside is just as charming, with a spacious arrangement of seating and lovely plant decor. 

As you stay for a bit and take in the beautiful scenery, enjoy a hearty Mediterranean meal. They serve sandwiches, salads, soups, burgers, and additional items on their menu. A few of their dishes include firecracker shrimp, crispy brussel sprouts, grilled chicken panini, Vegan Lover’s pasta, fried catfish, and carrot cake for dessert. Some of the drinks they sell are lattes, teas, cocktails, and tequilas.
